At JPMorgan Chase I owned global wireless architecture and engineering: a 48-node Cisco ISE ecosystem authenticating 100,000+ devices, zero-trust access modernization deployed as the firm-wide reference architecture, and the automation framework that took manual provisioning effort down by more than half.
At Wells Fargo I lead an AI-enabled infrastructure and solutioning team. We built a RAG-based incident resolution platform across 10,000+ endpoints, a three-tier AI operations model, and the governance framework — human-in-the-loop checkpoints, traceability, data-sensitivity handling — that let all of it pass regulatory muster.
The through-line is the same as it always was: make critical infrastructure boring, predictable, and fast to recover. AI just changed the tooling.

Re-architected guest wireless as a zero-trust service: Central Web Authentication on Cisco ISE federated to Microsoft Entra ID for identity. Visitors sign in once with their own corporate credentials and are placed onto a policy-segmented network — no shared passwords, no captive-portal friction.
The result is seamless, secure authentication with fast cross-site roaming and a markedly better connectivity experience — driving a high adoption rate and a guest journey senior management recognised as a benchmark.
Building a self-healing network that continuously watches for deviation from an approved security baseline. Agents detect configuration and security drift automatically, correlate it against policy, and propose the corrective action — closing the gap between “something changed” and “it’s back in compliance.”
Critically, a human stays in the loop: agents prepare and stage the remediation, but an engineer authorises execution — keeping autonomous operations auditable and safe inside a regulated environment.
A guest joins the Wi-Fi and Cisco ISE — the policy broker in the middle — sends them to a sign-in page. Their own corporate identity (Microsoft Entra ID) proves who they are; ISE takes that result back, enforces what they're allowed to reach, and drops them onto a locked-down, segmented network — no shared passwords, and every session is re-checked.
It watches the network's vital signs around the clock, spots the moment something drifts out of a healthy range, prepares the cure, waits for a human to approve — then heals the network and goes back to watching. A loop that never stops.
